Nutrition tips, workout prescriptions, medical opinions — only when asked. Otherwise it lands as judgment, not help.

Photos, stories, DMs — nothing shared without the person's clear yes. Quoting back without permission isn't allowed.
Egyptian Arabic is welcome.
Post in 'مصري', 'العربية', or English. We don't gatekeep dialect — and we don't drift to MSA when you wrote in Egyptian.
